Project Co-ordination
Our standard range of installation services includes project co-ordination. A member of the project co-ordination team will be assigned to look after you, co-ordinating the delivery and installation dates, and ensuring the work is completed to your satisfaction.

Clear Pricing
The prices you are quoted are fixed, so if for some reason we are unable to complete the installation in the time quoted you won't be charged any extra.

Scope of Work
We provide you with a 'Scope of Work' document at the start of every installation project which will provide you with complete clarity, so you can be sure of exactly what work our engineers will complete. It also clarifies many of the actions you will need to take to ensure you're ready for your installation.

Network Handover
Once the installation is completed, the installation engineer will take you through the services delivered and, after testing the network, will ask you to sign an Acceptance Certificate to ensure you are satisfied.
